Open Positions:

PROFESSOR

(Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor)

Full Time Job: 40 hours weekly out of which the professor is excepted to be at UACS 20 hours weekly[1]

Qualifications:

·        Hold a PhD in Computer Science

·        GPA at least 8.00 (Macedonian Grading System) both for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies

·        Strong research record (Assistant Professor: at least 4 published papers according the Higher Education Act, Associate Professor: at least 5 published papers according the Higher Education Act; and Professor: at least 6 published papers and published book/ textbook, monograph according the Higher Education Act)

·        Professional experience in the related industry, or exceptional career advancement and professional achievements;

·        Candidates holding at least one UACS degree, or International degree will have an advantage over other candidates;

·        Memberships, and achievements in professional associations, local and/or international, will be considered as an advantage;

·        English Language proficiency at Level C1 or higher

TEACHING ASSISTANT

Full Time Job: 40 hours weekly out of which the assistant is excepted to be at UACS 20 hours weekly[2]

Qualifications:

·          Hold a Master’s Degree in Computer Science (minimum 300 ECTS in total, including undergraduate and graduate studies)

·          GPA at least 8.00 (Macedonian Grading System) both for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies

·          Research record

·          Professional experience in the related industry, or exceptional career advancement and professional achievements

·          Candidates holding at least one UACS degree, or International degree will have an advantage over other candidates

·          English Language proficiency at Level C1 or higher

INDUSTRY EXPERTS

Part Time Job: expected work load 3 hours per week/15 weeks a semester

Qualifications:

·          Hold a Degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics (BSc, MSc,)

·          Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the related industry, or minimum 7 years of exceptional career advancement and professional achievements

·          Candidates holding at least one UACS degree, or International degree will have an advantage over other candidates

·          English Language proficiency at Level C1 or higher
