Что такое день младших стажеров по контролю качества?
Ваш первый день и даже несколько недель будут посвящены адаптации, изучению инструментов, которые мы используем, процессам, которым мы следуем, истории и культуре компании. Вы настроите свое рабочее пространство и рабочую станцию и оборудуете ее необходимыми приложениями.
Как только это будет сделано, у вас будут образовательные задания, где вы начнете использовать изученные инструменты. Они будут включать в себя практический контроль качества, а также основы веб-разработки и управления проектами, а вас будет направлять и контролировать наш менеджер EDU.
После этого вы присоединитесь к проекту, работая QA или даже стажером младшего руководителя проекта! Это зависит от производительности и проявленного интереса либо к QA, либо к управлению проектами.
What do we expect from a Junior Trainee QA?

Come with a fondness for structure and an analytical mindset – you will need to learn and absorb QA skills like a sponge
Be humble and appreciate feedback – you will need to re-do things multiple times until it gets perfect!
Do not treat assignments as plain work – we see work as a chance to excel and do something remarkable together!
Do take it into account – if you are joining Scandiweb remotely, you will need to have your own hardware setup. After the probation period, a hardware upgrade can be agreed upon.
