Senior Salesforce Developer

InventorSoft is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Key requirements:
– 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer;
– Excellent knowledge of and experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce API;
– Understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization;
– Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs;
– Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git;
– Knowledge and understanding of Agile development methodologies;
– Relevant IT education, such as Computer Engineering or Software Development;
– Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
– Personal qualities: leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities on the project:
– Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies;
– Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools;
– Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes;
– Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices;
– Fix bugs in the production environment;
– Keep documentation and technical specifications up to date.

Work arrangements:
– Working hours: Flexible, but attendance at all team meetings is required.

Interview stages:
– HR interview (~30 minutes);
– Technical interview with the client (~60 minutes);
– Interview with the client (~60 minutes).
