About the job
CEVA Software Development Tools unit is looking for an experienced Software Automation and Validation Engineer to join us and be part of CEVA’s next-generation state-of-the-art AI and deep learning processors and accelerator development.
The unit design, develop, validate and release software tools (Simulators, Emulators and others) for CEVA’s processors and applications using C/C++/Python, and takes an active role in the design of future architectures.
The Software Automation and Validation Engineer will take part in all aspects of Software verification, validation, and release
Responsibilities
• Execution and debugging of complex DSP ASM, C & C++ software algorithms
• Support and develop automation infrastructures in Python
• Maintain and develop C/C++/Python/Asm tests application
Requirements
• BSC in computer science or similar with academic knowledge in programming languages (C/C++ preferred)
• 3 years experience as a software automation and QA/validation engineer
• Experience in writing tests and automation (C++, C, Python, Perl)
• Formal and practical knowledge of testing methodologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong technical ability in analysis and problem-solving
• Self-learning ability, dedication, and teamwork
• Good communication and organization skills – A high level of English is mandatory
• Well organized with large amounts of data
