CrazyLabs Macedonia is looking for an Associate Producer to join our amazing Publishing Team!

As Associate Producer, you’ll be in touch with hundreds of game developers from all over the
world. With your help, we’ll be sure to remain a top publisher in the gaming industry!
Responsibilities:
Receive applications from developers and be their first point of contact
Work closely with external developers
Assist external developers through each step in our testing process
Operate our CLIK dashboard as your main tool and giving feedback in order to improve its functionalities
Train developers to use the CLIK Dashboard
Forward games to the team if you think they’re awesome enough
Work closely with Publishing Managers on ongoing tasks
Monitor tests health and chasing down any blockers
Requirements:
Outstanding written and spoken English
Customer support experience – an advantage
Tech savvy
Creative thinking and ability to solve complicated problems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Ability to work well under pressure
Team-player attitude
Attention to detail
Passion for games!
Bachelor’s Degree (English Language/E-business/Marketing – an advantage)
