Associate Publishing Manager

CrazyLabs is a top 3 mobile games publisher with over 4+ Billion downloads to date, a worldwide leader in hyper-casual games development, distribution and innovation.

We are looking for an Associate publishing manager to join our Hyper Casual Lab.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact between the studio partner and CrazyLabs
Develop and maintain an excellent, trusting relationship with CrazyLabs studio partners
Maintain continuous contact with studio partners in order to receive feedback and improve game KPI
Work with CrazyLabs team to evaluate and analyze hyper casual games and prototypes
Ensure timely and quality production processes; identify risks and come up with mitigation plans
Conduct competitive research; analyze game data to maintain and improve strong KPI’s
Be a focal point for the studio with related departments (R&D, BI, Marketing, etc.) to ensure full sync and resource optimization
Work closely with Associate Producers on ongoing tasks

Must Have

Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience in account management / biz dev /
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Ability to lead partnerships with cross-functional disciplines
Ability to plan ahead, prioritize and meet deadlines
Passion for creating innovative, fun, and compelling games
Great team player and true people person
Ability to adapt well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful and innovative solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
