Software Engineer – Senior Ruby on Rails x2 positions

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for two Senior Ruby on Rails developers to work on a very existing product in the car industry. The product is on the market more than 4 years and its innovative approach makes it one of its kind.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• On-going development of the Ruby on Rails web application;
• Feasibility analysis of new concepts;

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven professional experience in software development using Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries;
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code;
• Experience with writing Unit tests and Test-Driven Development;
• Experience in the sectors of software architecture/ systems planning and systems security;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience with working with RESTful APIs, Stateless Services, SOLID principles;
• Experience with React, Node.js and Docker ecosystem will be considered a plus;
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
