Advantcode is establishing a software engineering base for several leading clients in various industries. This is a unique opportunity to help shape Advantcode talent acquisition and human resources management process. We are looking for someone with experience setting up processes for fast-growth startups who is excited to join a dynamic remote-first team. The keys to success in this role is hyper organisation and real customer focus.

The role:

• Be the face of the company for both our clients and candidates
• Develop our company culture and nurture growth
• Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process: creating job ads, screening job applications, candidate testing, conducting interviews and reference checking, as well as coordinating with different hiring teams
• Own the employer branding and candidate experience
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/media/colleges et
• Manage and improve our onboarding process
• Hold regular 1-on-1s with your hires to ensure stellar employee experience
• Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

The ideal candidate will:

• Bring along about 3-4 years of talent acquisition and/or HR experience  – ideally in a fast-moving tech company or startup
• Enjoy the challenge of sourcing, engaging passive tech talent in niche domains and converting passive candidates into active ones
• Have experience using multiple sourcing and attraction methods to fill vacancies
• Be excited about representing Advantcode
• Thrive to support others and naturally have a “customer service mindset”
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Be knowledgeable of North Macedonia labor legislation
• Be go-getter that can independently deliver results
