We are a relatively well-known consumer web tech startup with close to 1 million users. We are seeking an experienced SEO professional to help drive further growth.
This is a long-term project (at least 3 months with the possibility of renewal). If things work out well, could even lead to a full time position in either our US or Europe office (we sponsor visas). We are also open to a long-term remote/freelancer commitment. We will accept either part time or full time candidates from anywhere in the world, as long as the job can be completed successfully.
Compensation will vary based on experience, ability, and location. We will pay a fixed rate per month, to be paid weekly. When applying for this job, please propose a rate to us.
As part of the job, you will be responsible for
– Analyzing the company’s current SEO status
– Recommending and implementing changes to improve (with the assistance from our tech and marketing teams)
– Identifying keywords the company should be targeting
– Monitoring the company’s SEO performance and competitive threats as they appear
Success will be measured by improvements in our both our rankings and overall search traffic.
The job will be very hands on, in addition to providing recommendations, you will work together with our marketing and tech team on implementation. Techniques used should be mostly of the white hat variety.
