User Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for someone to join our sometimes crazy, always fun team in Macedonia!

Crazy Labs, a leading mobile games publisher with over 4 billion downloads, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for company user acquisition campaigns and technical settings.

Responsibilities:

·       ​Set up ​user acquisition campaigns on multiple platforms

·       Run daily, weekly & monthly reports

·       Collect data from different sources and present it in a convenient way

·       Optimize ads and creative assets according to KPI’s​

·       Manage day-to-day traffic allocation and optimize according to network performance

·       Provide high-level analysis and recommendations

·       Maintain strong relationships with ad networks

·       Define metrics and dashboards to evaluate ​campaign performance

·       Provide reports to update all supervisors involved in progress

·       Game competitor analysis and bench marking

Requirements:

·      Minimum 1 year of professional experience in analytics/economics/gaming/online campaigns

·       BA in Analytics, Economics, Marketing or a related field

·       Strong analytical & data modeling (Excel) competencies

·       Independent, hard-working and able to plan, organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously

·       Fluent in English

·       Passionate about gaming – an advantage

·       Up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play gaming market – an advantage

·       Knowledge and understanding of mobile user acquisition – an advantage​
