As a Senior Talent Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters, initiating and leading human resource programs and projects
- Acting as a consultant to managers and employees regarding policies and procedures
- Deciding and acting on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Developing mentoring and coaching sessions
- Discussing career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Acting as a mentor to employees and guide them in career progression, focus on ensuring employees feel valued and invested in their work
- Designing and delivering employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Providing team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
- Building succession plans
- Developing employee retention programs
- Ensuring all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices, assume responsibility for labour and employee relations
We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in a high growth SaaS company
- Knowledge of local and international labour law (NMK, UK, USA preferably)
- Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring
- Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs
- Experience with performance management procedures
- Ability to design and develop clear and fair company policies
- Aptitude in communicating and public speaking, excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field
