The Role
● Design and develop data processing techniques
● Develop custom portions of the current data pipelines
● Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable integrations between systems
● Architect and implement new features from scratch
● Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
● Build performance and monitoring features
● Build and use a highly scalable infrastructure
● Keep our data secure and compliant
● Create tests to ensure our code quality

Main Requirements
● Broad and solid CS foundation knowledge, including data structures & algorithms (Big O), OS, Computer Networks, databases.
● Strong ability to transform ideas into running code.
● 2+ years of experience with Python
● Web Development experience

● Understanding of concurrency
● Software pattern design experience. The code should be easy to extend and scale
● Good communication skills. You should feel comfortable having in-depth technical discussions.
● (Bonus) Experience in setting data pipelines and databases, including data streaming, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
● (Bonus) Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
● (Bonus) Kafka and ElasticSearch knowledge
