Test Lead

Role Responsibilities

Provide leadership to an organizationally distributed team, executing project team initiatives and minimizing product quality risk items
Align your team to support new product features and development initiatives, effectively communicating changes in the team assignments
Excellent knowledge of at least two Test Management and Defect Management tools
Experience with creating a testing procedure for the project according to the chosen methodology
Experience with Agile Software Development Principles
Experience with the scope of work evaluation and test effort estimation
Advanced experience with all tests – System, SIT, UAT, and Regression
Hands on experience testing services / APIs and mobile applications on
Android and iOS
Familiar with Postman, Charles Proxy, Swagger, SoapUI

Role Requirements

Solid understanding of QA processes and goals (ISTQB)
Familiar with Atlassian stack (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence)
Act as a quality advisor, providing techniques to achieve comprehensive test coverage and ensure testability at all levels of code development
Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Proven experience being approachable, trustworthy, and well respected by teammates and peers
Excellent organizational and management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with a proactive approach
Excellent knowledge development and knowledge sharing skills
Multi-task under pressure in a continually changing environment
Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly communicate technical requirements and write documentation.
