Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Undertake the formal requirements analysis, translating them into the appropriate product documentation, including user stories
• Be proficient in writing user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria, UML and concept design
• Define business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
• Take responsibility and accountability for the quality, accuracy, completeness and usability of product documentation and any product artifacts
• Work closely with the development team and presenting new product features
• Have the ability to communicate (verbal and written) at all levels, with external and internal stakeholders
• Work with Product Manager, QA and Technical team to validate captured requirements
• Support team members throughout the product life-cycle, including proactive raising of issues, dependencies and risks to the Product Manager
• Work in a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum framework

We’re looking for someone who has: 

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Experience as a Business Analyst or related role in the IT industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently handle deadlines, priorities and constraints
• Effective communication skills. As an effective communicator, you must be able to facilitate workshops, internal and external meetings, ask the right questions, and actively listen and take in new information
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet changing timelines
• Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
