Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and determining functional and non-functional requirements, preparing a detailed specification that includes processes, user roles, technical aspects, and implementation structure of the software solution. Your role includes cooperation with clients and requires a highly professional approach in the implementation of the tasks and activities. As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for the requirements, that you need to successfully coordinate with several different development, design, and QA teams.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing the communication process in business analysis to identify the requirements
• Managing system requirements (clear, unambiguous, simple, and complete) and modeling them in appropriate BPMN / UML notation
• Proposing solutions by specifying user scenarios, mockups, user roles, and other modeling techniques
• Research of similar solutions, previous systems, and/or analysis of defined business processes, and research of additional documentation
• Coordination and transfer of knowledge of the functionalities required by the system to the Software Development and QA teams
• Validation of the developed functionalities of the systems with the client and with the software development and QA teams
• Development of a technical offer as part of pre-sales activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• At least three years of work experience in business analysis
• Knowledge and use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and/or BPMN
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language
• Knowledge of the process and methodologies for software development
• Database Knowledge (SQL)
• Knowledge of web-based technologies, web services, and integration APIs
