QA Engineer

You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing requirements, specifications and technical design documents in order to provide timely and meaningful feedback. You will create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, as well as design, develop and execute automation scripts using automation tools. Estimation, prioritization, planning and coordination of testing activities will also be part of your job. The Role
Responsibilities:

-Review and analyze requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
-Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
-Design, develop and execute automation scripts using automation tools
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
-Identify, analyze, record, document thoroughly
-Report, track, and manage any discovered defects to resolution
-Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
-Participate in Agile Scrum to inject quality into the entire software delivery lifecycle
-Collaborate with software developers, architects, product managers, and QA team to analyze and identify system requirements
-Verify that the software works according to the customer requirements and specifications
-Integrate tests into continuous integration efficiency gains using Jenkins as a framework
-Perform Non-Functional Testing like Performance and Load testing
-Recommend improvements in software to enhance the user experience
-Improve your knowledge with regular training and certification courses
-Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Key skills
-Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies (Selenium Web Driver, Appium, JMeter, Robot Framework, Jira etc.), tools, techniques and processes
-Ability to analyze business and/or functional requirement documents for testing purposes-
-Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
-A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
-Knowledge of SQL and scripting
-Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them
-Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements
-Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
-Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
