Account Support Specialist

As a As an Account Support Specialist, you will be:

• Managing Account’s data in SalesForce;
• Qualifying Accounts’ relationships;
• Generating reports and dashboards in SalesForce for the Account Management Team, Finance Team, AM Team Lead and CCO;
• Nurturing several different accounts simultaneously, taking care of the clients’ needs and making sure that those needs are met;
• Dedicated to establishing long term relationships with new and existing clients;
• Creating various content, which might include newsletters, email correspondence, or/and any other kind of content that might be needed.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Capacity and potential to grasp the needs of our customers and deal with them in an effective and efficient manner;
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
• Outstanding command of English, both written and spoken, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in a customer-facing role will be considered a plus;
• Experience in content creation;
• CRM experience (preferably SalesForce);
• Experience in creating reports;
• Enthusiasm for technology and all things tech-related;
• Motivation and drive to move forward in the industry
• You are fast in finding solutions, like to take initiative and you keep cool in stressful situations;
