PCI Compliance Officer

Netcetera operates in a fast-paced B2B environment. The Company is growing geographically and is active in the Research & Development of new Products and Services for customers on their digitalization journeys. Netcetera is an early adopter and a specialist in digital payment systems and the corresponding security and compliance needs.
This is a position within the Compliance department and reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.
The primary focus of the role is to provide advice and support to our numerous teams in the payment ecosystem and successfully control that our systems stay compliant with the payment regulations. In specific, you are also responsible to organize the PCI-DSS / PCI-3DS audits on the payment systems yearly including the remediation of the findings. You should have an IT related background with good communication and organizational skills.

Your tasks

• Full organization of the PCI-DSS and PCI-3DS audits every year
• Attendance to the SAFe PI plannings to help the development teams stay compliant with new features
• Support the System Engineering teams in maintaining a fully compliant platform
• Control and partially do the mandatory periodic checks on the payment related systems
• Discuss with customers over the world our and their compliance requirements
• Stay up-to-date with new Payment Card-related standards
• Read and understand the Payment Scheme updates and prepare summaries for our teams
• Work tightly with the Chief Compliance Officer and the Data Protection Officer on privacy topics in the payment area
• Pro-actively create and maintain awareness for compliance and security-relevant topics
• Decide on topics together with the CISO and the payment platform specialists

Your profile

• A degree in business information systems, computer science or system engineering with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Experience with payment schemes and their standards
• Fluent English speaker and writer
• Ability to work directly with compliance officers from major customers throughout the world
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on attitude
• Fast understanding of new technologies and how they can be implemented compliantly
• High standard of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
• Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with organizing onsite audits
