Digital Marketing Coordinator

My Digital Ego is looking for a motivated individual with high level of proactivity, enthusiasm and self- sufficiency to join the start -up team of the company and build up the brand in the UK. The job requires relocation to the UK for 2 years minimum with occasional visits to Macedonia.

Job responsibilities:

·       Onboarding new employee with the methodology behind the work process, technical onboarding & support for the tools and platforms the company uses to deliver the solutions

·       Preparing project and process documentation on every aspect of the job

·       Organizing meetings and managing databases

·       Employer branding and initiative in digital marketing efforts

o   Design of social media posts

o   Handling the company’s social media accounts

o   Email marketing campaign and reports

o   Google AdWords

o   SEO

o   Social media marketing & ads

o   Direct sales and continuous efforts into increasing the brand’s reputation in the UK)

o   Setting up reports through the platforms and ability to analyze them

·       Drafting & design of Promotional marketing proposals; newsletters, brochures

·       Preparing letters, presentations, reports and proposals

·       Delegating, monitoring and reporting on the work of Operative staff

·       Assistance in managing office budgets liaising with staff suppliers and clients, building up a database of vendors for the company

·       implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems/ support whilst onboarding with software methodologies and functionalities

·       Actively participating, delivering ideas and solutions when attending meetings with senior management

·       Brainstorming and solution of problems in the day to day functioning of the company

Requirements:

–        Excellent English (both verbal and written)

–        High organizational skills

–        Previous experience as coordinator or manager (delegating tasks, setting KPIs and making sure they are reached) would be an advantage

–        Educational background in marketing or business would be an advantage; finished courses and certifications in digital marketing would be considered as an advantage

–        Experience in a dynamic environment handling multiple projects at a time

–        Experience in project documentation and project coordination

–        Ease of using software solutions

–        Emotional intelligence and generative approach whilst transferring knowledge

–        Natural curiosity and tendency to research and show proactiveness in finding solutions to problems

–        Communicative, calm and easy to talk to with the ability to deal with different personalities in the work environment
