Job position: Art Director Executive

Job Purpose Summary: The Art Director Executive works as part of the marketing team and reports to CMO in the company, responsible for all artwork needed for company’s benefit in details described below.

Key responsibilities:

Formulates art concepts to generate highly engaging layouts and designs used to promote Brand and products, for any of the following  marketing purposes:printed materials,
videos,
printed media,
digital and social media,
exhibitions,
conferences,
events,
parties,
whitepapers,
industry reports,
corporate image,
products identity
Execute layout designs for artworks to be presented to marketing department
Selects and secures illustrative material by formulating basic layout design concept
Produce illustrative material by photo manipulation and retouching, or taking photograph shots
Develop of design concepts into art layouts
Obtains CMO and Board members approval by presenting final layouts, story boards, and illustrations
Prepare artworks for printing or broadcasting for all the mentioned above marketing purposes
Coordinate the art direction of external freelances or junior graphic designers
Select the correct supplier for specific projects
Meets marketing dep. work standards by following production, productivity, quality; and resolving production’s operational problem
Check quality of productions, assist if needed to the print materials.
Archive all the layouts and artwork source-files in the company’s file management system and keep it up to date
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing according to marketing results
 

Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein
Requirements:

Perform other duties as required or assigned by superior for company’s purposes
Proven working experience as Art Director
Hands on experience with graphic design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection
Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design, wire-framing tools and video editing tools
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Incorporate feedback and take and give direction well
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Relevant education or training
