Tech Lead

The Dutch company OrderThis provides progressive and creative IT solutions, technical assistance and various consultancy services to the hospitality industry in the Netherlands. In order to respond to our expanding business opportunities OrderThis recently decided to expand their offices to Skopje and established the company Nsight Solutions. For this purpose we are looking for a Tech Lead.

Your tasks:

Perform code and technical reviews and ensure quality
Develop framework, new features and documentation,
Setup new projects and mentor junior software engineers,
Lead a small to mid-sized team,
Estimate projects and determine possible solutions and timelines,
Deliver architectural decisions and solutions – if necessary also in front of our clients.

We are looking for someone:

Who has at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of software engineering,
Has excellent knowledge of fundamental software engineering principles and complete development cycle,
Has experience in implementing and delivering (complex) solutions to demanding customers,
Who is creative and offers out of the box solutions,
Excellent knowledge and experience in Phyton and Django framework, as well as PostgreSQL,
With Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React framework,
Who wants to lead and help grow the team,
Has a real hunger to drive the team and projects forward,
Who is able to work in agile/scrum environment,
Who speaks fluent English and Macedonian,

It would be great if you:

Have experience in the hospitality industry,
Are being able to talk about tech stuff to non-technical people.
