Your Tasks

• Empower the self-organization as well as the Agile and Lean thinking within the team
• Ensure transparency and clarity on every level and help identify and eliminate the impediments within and outside the team
• Organize and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Planning and the Scrum Review and regularly organize Team Retrospectives
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the Product Backlog
• Encourage and coach the team to continuously improve and guide them on their journey into the SAFe® transformation

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar role in an Agile software environment
• Excellent knowledge of the Scrum Framework and Scrum’s roles, artefacts, events and rules
• Working knowledge of any other Agile framework
• Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills
• Fluent in English
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science is a plus
• Experience/certification in SAFe® is a plus
• You are a team ambassador in the SAFe® context and a point of contact for the external stakeholders
