We are looking for a leader of Motion Graphic Designer team who is self-motivated, flexible to work at a Japanese company and has the potential and willingness to improve in design.
We need a team player who possesses: the ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
Job Description:
Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts. Designers are responsible for the overall look of the layouts, colors, fonts, icons, buttons, etc. Our main products are: display/mobile advertisements on SNS.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
Required
- Experience in team leading: 2+ years
- Potential and Enthusiastic to become a manager
- Good eye for design and details and an understanding of layout and typography
- 2 years or more experience in graphic design
- Experience of either of After Effect, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other video edit software
- Communicate/interface well with clients and represent the team in a positive and professional manner
- Analyze client needs, issues, and requests and transform them into tasks
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Intermediate knowledge in After Effect
- Experience in After Effect
- Experience in After Effect Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator or other video editing programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work closely with and communicate with all key stakeholders and counterparts
- Ability to delivery assets in the correct format and on time
Working Conditions:
- Follow Japanese working style
- Contract type and period will be decided according to experience and skills
- Working time: Monday – Friday; 8:00~16:30 (including 1-hour break)
- Non-working days: Weekends and National holidays in Macedonia
- Paid leave: minimum of 20 days per year
