Manager of Motion Graphic Designer team

We are looking for a manager for a motion graphic designer team who is self-motivated, flexible to work at a Japanese company and has the potential and willingness to improve the team.

We need a team player who possesses: the ability to manage the team, creative thinking and communication skills.

Job Description:

Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts.

Designers are responsible for the overall look of the layouts, colors, fonts, icons, buttons, etc. Our main products are: display/mobile advertisements on SNS.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Required

• Experience in management: 3+ years
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Business-minded
• Communicate/interface well with clients and represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Analyze client needs, issues, and requests and transform them into tasksFluent in English
• Responsible for quality assurance of product

Preferred

• Average knowledge in After Effect, Premiere, Photoshop or Illustrator
• Experience in After Effect, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator or other video editing programs
• Passion for working on a product-focused design
• Good communication skills, being able to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work closely with and communicate with all key stakeholders and counterparts
• Ability to delivery assets in the correct format and on time
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Proactivity and initiative – to be willing to offer ideas and solutions, share knowledge and initiate discussions

Working Conditions:

• Follow Japanese working style
• Contract type and period will be decided according to experience and skill
• Working time: Monday – Friday; 8:00~16:30 (including 1-hour break)
• Non-working days: Weekends and National holidays in Macedonia
• Paid leave: minimum of 20 days per year
