For our needs, we are hiring a Client Account Manager.
Responsibilities
– Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
– Assist developers & customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
– Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
– Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships raise between the customer and internal teams.
– Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
– Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
– Communicates client needs and demands to every concerned developer.
– Prepare quotations for customers based on the company’s product pricing, customer’s history, special discounts agreed during the life-cycle of new and existing customers.
– Service multiple clients concurrently, punctually meeting deadlines.
– Keep records of client transactions, and client and developer communication.
Skills and qualifications
– Proficient spoken and written English (B1, B2 levels)
– Proven project-management skills
– Proven account management or other relevant experience
– Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
– Excellent listening, feedback and presentation skills
– Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or alternatively a Bachelor’s degree in a business field with work experience in a technology-related professional experience.
– 1 to 3 years of work experience.
