Our client is a long-established American software corporation with global sales into the automotive industry. They are looking to expand their team in our Skopje office with the role:

JavaScript Developer & Project Manager

Purpose of the role:

The core function of this role is to deliver integrations between the e-commerce shopping basket of the client’s software through their API into any number of third party e-commerce shopping baskets.

The role requires considerable understanding of JavaScript, and the experience to work independently in the fulfilment of the objective.

With the integration work requiring up to two weeks per month, the successful candidate will be trained in international project management according to the guidelines of the client.

Duties and responsibilities:

Liaise with the client’s sales and technical team and also liaise with third parties to evaluate the client’s e-commerce shopping basket technology and determine how to achieve the integration of the client’s API which delivers part codes and other data.

Create detailed project plan and timescales;

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all work performed; Work according to deadlines.

Requirements:

Critical: Proven and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript

Ideal: Experience in integrating e-commerce shopping carts.

Critical: Fluency in English, and as the role will become customer-facing to global clients, English must be clear and accurate.

The JavaScript work will not include detailed training, but training will be provided in respect of the international project management.
