On behalf of our client, Dekra is looking for:
GENERAL MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the organization’s business activities and coordinate operations;
Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs;
Allocating budget resources, managing operational costs and monitoring financial activities;
Formulating policies and improving administration processes;
Hiring employees, support staff development, monitoring and motivating staff;
Ensuring good customer service and engaging with vendors;
Enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue’
Enhance the organization’s image, and meet overall growth objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
IT experience preferred, at least 10+ years’ work experience;
MBA preferred, but not required;
Proficient in written and spoken English language;
Good knowledge of different business functions, including finance;
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong leadership qualities;
Excellent communication skills;
Highly organized and strong work ethic;
Good interpersonal skills;
Meticulous attention to detail with ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously – Excellent time management skills;
