Headquartered in Brighton, UK, and with offices in Skopje, Macedonia, SoPro provide Digital Marketing Services to a global client base and helps businesses to identify and engage with qualified prospects.
With approx 30 new hires in the last 12 months, SoPro has maintained its position as one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in Europe and is currently seeking an experienced IT project manager to join our growing web design and development department.
With projects for both internal and external clients ranging from websites to mobile apps to SAAS platforms, it is an exciting and rare opportunity for the right candidate. You will be entering at a senior level with the chance to shape the team, process, and future plans, with plenty of opportunity for progression.
Based in our central Skopje office, you will be responsible for the delivery of a range of projects for clients and will be involved in all stages from initial client conversations through to delivery.
You are super organised and have experience managing successful web and software projects. All work will be in English and you will need exceptional spoken and written English. If you have experience managing software development for overseas clients, that’s great as well.
Key responsibilities
- Implement agile project management strategies and ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
- Communicate progress, success, and issues with all stakeholders at all levels
- Manage resources both internally and externally to optimised project delivery
- Work with the UK team to develop briefs and prototypes to support a sales process
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven working experience in project management in a technology environment
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Literally the most organized person on the planet earth with great attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing projects based on .NET technology. Experience in managing website projects is a plus
- Experience working with Jira software for task management is a plus
