Description
Open Data, an italian software house, is looking for a Technical Writer to produce different type of documentation and contributes to the success and usability of our products.
The candidate will work collaboratively with developers and product managers in a young environment that emphasizes personal growth.
Responsibilities
– Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements, for its intended audience.
– Write easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides.
– Create tutorials to help end-users use our products.
– Create and maintain the information architecture
Requirements
– Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details.
– Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, pictures and video.
– Good written skills in English.
– Basic knowledge of office suite like Microsoft Office or G Suite or equivalent.
– Previous experience in similar sector.
– Video making abilities is a plus.
– It will be a plus a University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
