Customer Support Representative

Logyx Computer Corp. is searching for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the newly opened fin-tech office in Skopje – working directly for Wall Street-based investors.

The customer service representative will act as a liaison, providing the required information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate should have patience, empathy, and good communication skills. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Excellent interpersonal skills are vital for this role, as good teamwork is essential for our business success. Suitable candidates should also be excellent written and verbal communicators in English.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage customer complaints, no phone support, just ticketing, email and IM
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills and Qualifications

• English (written and spoken) is a must
• Experience as a Customer Support Representative is an advantage
• Familiarity with Cryptocurrencies and/or Blockchain technologies is a plus
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
