To support our growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to take the lead on setting up and operating a People Team at Adeva.

You will take a lead in building an effective acquisition strategy, actively searching for the best talent out there and engaging highly skilled engineers through personalized experiences. Your job is not only to find the best engineers, but also to elevate our hiring practices and bring them to the next level.

You will have a huge impact on the growth of our company through innovative hiring strategies that meet our business needs and exceed our candidate’s expectations.

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Thorough understanding of sourcing and screening strategies;
– Managing the full cycle, end to end recruitment process;
– Establishing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process
– Creating effective sourcing strategies tailored to the hiring needs
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language.
– Actively contribute to promoting Adeva’s brand via social media, events, etc.
– Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams via Slack and other collaboration tools.
– You must work well with individuals across all functions.
