Business Manager

Logyx Computer Corp. is searching for a highly skilled business manager to join our team and help us in managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee the company efficiency of a newly opened fin-tech office in Skopje – working directly for Wall Street-based investors.

The candidate should be fully capable of making all aspects of the business run more efficiently from accounting, HR, and office management. The landscape of our industry changes daily, and we need someone who can adapt and learn on the spot.

You will be in charge of managing the day-to-day operational activities, including production, human resources, accounting, and legal processes as well as the supervision of the development team. You will be responsible for continuing the success of our daily business practices and making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role, as good teamwork is essential for our business success. Suitable candidates should also be excellent written and verbal communicators in English, and possess the ability to identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, material, equipment, etc.)
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

• English (written and spoken) is a must
• Experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role is a big plus
• Experience with business and strategy development processes
• Previous experience in the FinTech industry is an advantage
• Proven ability with financial and budgetary, banking processes
• Strong communication skills, liaising with global teams with ease
