Your job:

–       Responsible for identifying new technologies and skill sets to bring into the team to keep the team moving forward on new challenges

–       Write efficient, reusable and stable code for complex application logic

–       As a Software development manager you will create and manage a set of products that ensure every address is deliverable in predictable time and cost

–       Develop the long-term strategy for your programs and translate that into an achievable road map/action plan

–       Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

–       Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business or the technology

–       Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach. Drives the team towards innovative solutions.

–       Exhibit excellent judgement

–       This position is equally split with management (50%) and technical skill (50%)

Skills:

–       4+ years of experience in software development and a passion for technology

–       A keen sense of ownership for and experience managing the end-to-end project development cycle

–       Awesome problem-solving skills

–       Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills

–       We are seeking candidates who are positive, energetic and self-motivated

–       Have a strong work-ethic and desire to succeed

–       Ability to think the bigger picture and scale out projects

–       Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scaleable and high-quality software

–         You are highly motivated to move quickly, but you insist on high standards and delivering great results.

–       You are exceptionally well organised, allowing you to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously.
