Quality Assurance Specialist

Interact efficiently and effectively with stakeholders in the company to achieve
successful implementation (from unit level to product release)
 Implement the product testing processes through the software development department
in Macedonia
 Design and evaluate product testing and other QA related documentation
 Implement, manage, and execute the compliance testing for relevant products
 Liaison with product managers, and individual software developers to ensure delivery of
high quality product is compatible with release timeline targets
 Work cooperatively and effectively with development department in Alosys as required to
resolve quality issues that arise during the QA testing process
 Provide timely communication and reporting of QA project status to relevant participants
and stakeholders
 Provide training/coaching of the QA processes to the product development teams as
required
 Organize and conduct the QA meetings as required
 Ensure the quality of the released products meet the testing specifications.

Required qualifications:
 Experience in QA/Testing methodologies and software development life cycle
 Release Management Experience
 Experience in writing detailed test plans
 Good analytical skills and experience in analyzing and testing complex business rules
 Demonstrated ability to work well with others within and across teams, and with
geographically distributed teams
 High standards of software development excellence while having customer needs in
mind
 Highly motivated self-starter that delivers results on time and with high quality
 Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and questioning skills
 Excellent time management and organization skills
 Understanding of Agile and Scrum
 Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and writing skills)
