Quality Assurance Tester

Responsibilities / Duties :
– You will inspect and analyze the content on our web applications for any possible errors
– You will document errors found on our web applications
– You will prepare reports, analyzing the errors(these will be sent to the development team for rectification). Once the error is fixed, the QA needs to make sure that everything works properly
– You will communicate with the QA team to ensure deadlines have been met
– You will create internal guides and materials
– You must keep confidentiality of our web applications that have not been released to the public
– You will make research on other web applications by examining and evaluating our competitor’s web applications and create appropriate reports.
– You will document and follow up on issues found during testing
Education / Experience
– High school diploma/equivalent
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Powerful problem-solving skills
– Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multi-tasking
– Positive and professional attitude
– Independent, efficient and productive worker
– Specific attention to details and excellent organizational skills
– Basic knowledge HTML, PHP, SQL knowledge is a plus
– Overtime is required during deadlines, however not mandatory
