Customer Care Agent

Job responsibilities / duties :

– Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills
– Decent computer skills
– Ability and willingness to work under pressure
– Excellent communication skills(written and verbal English) and willingness to collaborate with the team members
– Powerful problem-solving skills
– Effectively resolve customer’s issues in a timely manner
– Create thoughtful responses to various customer requests
– Contribute to the on-going learning process of the team
– Knowledge of Italian, German or Spanish is a big plus
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
– will genuinely and passionately care about our customers and will solve their problems in a considerate manner
– understands the Web world and knows how it works
– is not afraid to ask for help and is always willing to help other team members
– is skilled enough to explain technical problems clearly
– is naturally empathetic and a good communicator
– will often use email and phone to handle customer’s needs
Bonus Points
– You have a prior experience working as a customer care agent
– You have sufficient experience providing customer service in a dynamic start-up environment
