Customer Support Specialist & Administrative Assistant

Snowball Games is a gaming studio located in Skopje, Macedonia with its main focus being on creating, developing and publishing fun and entertaining mobile games. Our team is growing and we are looking for passionate people, interested for working in the gaming industry.

• Customer support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Your role in the team will be:

• To provide 1st level support to clients and users via email
• To coordinate issue resolution to ensure all requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• To manage reviews on Google play store and Apple store
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content (basic knowledge of Facebook)
• Handling office tasks and coordinate office procedures
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
• Handle multiple projects
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
