We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join our existing sprint team. The primary role for this position is to produce clean, quality code for new features and refactoring to improve existing functionality.
This is what we need:
Responsibilities:
• Regular sprint-cycle and related activities such as daily stand-up, design sessions, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, code reviews, etc.
• Develop new features and maintain the server-side web-based applications;
• Contribute to the design of new features of the platform
• Refactor existing code to improve performance, readability, maintainability, and scalability
Requirements:
• Professional experience with developing server-side web-based applications with more than 5 years;
• Strong knowledge PHP/Symfony2 or Laravel;
• Experience with JavaScript;
• Familiarity with queueing systems such as RabbitMQ
• Experience working under an Agile with SCRUM development process;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
