InPlayer’s monetisation platform has helped manage and distribute videos and digital assets of some of the world’s leading media companies. We are working on some exciting stuff and we are looking for a talented person to create and maintain the sacred InPlayer’s technical documentation. As a Technical Writer you will:

• Produce high quality technical documentation for technical end users and software engineers
• Communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise and accurate way that is free of trivial jargon
• Be the link between our engineers, our developer audience and users in order to ensure their success using our product
• Have full ownership of various types of technical documentation, including but not limited to API documentation, end user guides, architecture design documentation, documentation repository, SDKs Documentation, software engineer’s manuals, administration manuals, integration guides
• Design and organize new documentation resources for all the new features
• Establish good documentation practices with the engineering teams

We are looking for:

• Software engineering background
• Excellent written English skills
• Ability to understand source code to extract the information that the technical documents require
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS
• Extensive knowledge in document design and production, also technical documentation formatting standards
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of REST APIs and REST principles
