UI/Web Designer

We are looking for a self-driven UI/Web Designer for a full-time employment that has more than 4 years of professional experience to join our team in Skopje.

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design on web, mobile and software products.
Experience with data-driven product development: analytics, A/B testing, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe suite, Sketch or XD.
Advanced knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap;
Basic knowledge of JS and jQuery library;
Excellent speaking English language;
User research and usability testing;
Understand business needs and digital strategy;
Self initiative and interpersonal skills;

Responsibilities:
Analyze user data and define the approach;
Collaborate on analyses and on the development of interactive marketing strategies;
Define and design wireframes and mockups;
UI design of our products and internal tools;
Developing designs that will deliver value and emphasize ease-of-use;
Propose innovative solutions respecting significant technical constraints;
Validate the technical feasibility with the technology team;
Always moving forward with the newest interaction design and user research trends;
Ensure the best quality of the user experience from planning to delivery.
