Junior engineer :
0-1 year of experience in development of .NET applications
Basic knowledge in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#)
Basic knowledge with ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, Javascript
Basic understanding of C++ and Java
Knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures, views and functions
Graduate or end of graduation at FINKI or other equivalent educational institution

Bonus points:

Web Service development with WCF (or similar) and WPF is an added value
Knowledge of some Javascript frameworks (JQuery, ExtJS, Angular JS, Knockout)

Senior engineer:
We are looking for self-driven software developer that has ~3 years of professional experience for full time employment
Graduate at FINKI or other equivalent educational institution
You have significant technical background and experience (preferably + 3 years) in software development of .NET applications
You have experience with WPF, ASP.NET MVC, Web Service development with WCF (or similar)
SQL Server and/or Oracle databases with ability to create stored procedures, triggers, etc.
Experience such as HTML5, JQuery, JavaScript, ExtJS,
Experience with version control systems (TFS/Git)
Understanding of C++ and Java

Bonus points:
Experience with NServiceBus
Experience with an ORM technologies like NHibernate or EF is a plus
SignalR knowledge
