PHP Developer

One of InPlayer’s biggest clients, Pageant Media, an independent publishing company with a market-leading portfolio of publications, news websites, data products, and events, needs a PHP developer in order to develop their two new data products and improve their digital transformation.

As a PHP Software Developer, you will:

• Work on a variety of tasks regarding our products and it’s related services
• Build PHP centric features that are robust, scalable and elegant
• Encounter new challenges every day and be a part of an international dev-team
• Deploy new product features

We’re looking for:

• Mid to expert level PHP (Larevel or Symphony would be perfect) and MySQL experience
• Knowledge of RESTful API web services
• Knowledge of database design and data structures
• HTML and CSS knowledge
• Wordpress knowledge
• Passion for creating great products and solving unique problems, while maintaining ‘“clean code” and quality standards

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with RabbitMQ
• Experience with Docker environment
• Experience with test driven development, behaviour driven development and continuous integration
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
