Front End Developer

If you possess:

• 2+ years of experience with HTML5 and CSS3
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
• Experience with browser rendering behavior and performance
• Familiarity with input validation techniques and approaches
• Experience with LESS or SASS and responsive web page design
• Basic knowledge with using jQuery for handling user triggered events.
• Skills to create and access to the RESTful API’s

It’s good to have:

• Experience with repositories such as GIT and understanding the trunks and branches entirely
• Experience with installing and setting up local Tomcat server
• Skills to handle huge amount of data and knowing how to optimize and scale performance while running the app
• Experience in ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Understanding of Backbone.js
• Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js or AMD
• Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and Gulp.js
