We are looking for:
Project Manager
Required skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the PMI & Waterfall methodologies
- Highly skilled knowledge of Scrum & Kanban
- Knowledge of RUP/PRINCE2 would be a big plus
- Experience with software development in an Agile environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation
- Experience translating communication between developers, stockholders, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and meet customer deadlines.
Responsibilities and obligations:
- Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, production support, and client teams to provide direction on systems analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.
- Assist in the defining of requirements and design of work flows for projects.
- Develop User Acceptance Test Plans; coordinate, facilitate, and participate in UAT phase between vendor and customer.
- Assist in the defining of requirements and design of work flows for projects.
- Participate in entry and exit meetings to ensure that acceptance criteria are met and final deliverables satisfy business needs.
- Ensure effective project hand-off to operations team.
