Symphony Solutions in Skopje is currently looking for an experienced SEO Specialist for a full-time position who will become a contributor to the business transformation process of the long-term success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
Conducting technical SEO audits on e-commerce sites, B2B, lead generation sites, and international domains. Auditing client websites to improve architecture, speed, and mobile aspects for SEO purposes;
Executing on-page optimization including site architecture, tagging, meta tags, JSON, etc.;
Implementing onsite SEO fixes utilizing 301 redirects, canonical tags, meta data, robots.txt, and meta robots tags;
Creating and using Google Tag manager to track and understand user behavior;
Data mining Google Analytics and Google Search Console for actionable SEO findings;
Using Google Analytics and call tracking tools to measure and report performance;
Conducting in-depth keyword research strategies;
Brainstorming high-impact content marketing strategies that drive high-quality organic traffic;
Reverse engineering successful competitor SEO strategies;
Utilizing Screaming Frog and other SEO tools to uncover SEO issues and quick wins;
Supporting the Head of Department with forecasting, writing proposals, developing SEO strategies, and reviewing department work;
Being up to date with the latest search engine policies and algorithm updates;
Liaising with PPC manager to implement cross-channel strategies.

General requirements and experience needed:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical, on-page SEO role;
Excellent keyword research and campaign planning skills, with a natural ability to research keywords and identify targets for a campaign;
Proven track record in SEO audits and recommendations for increasing rankings and traffic;
Complete understanding and ability to execute on-page using tools such as Google Analytics and Screaming Frog;
Solid understanding and up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithms including Penguin, Panda and Hummingbird;
Experience in conducting competitor research, analyzing Domain Authority, site structure, and SEO techniques, and comparing them to client’s website for SEO gains;
Excellent understanding of Mobile SEO, and key requirements for Mobile Rankings;
Experience in using SEO platforms such as Ahref, Raven, SEMRush;
Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem solving;
Ability to conduct SEO audit and identify problems to solve, and provide ideas to increase SEO rankings and traffic;
Google Analytics qualified is desirable, but not essential;
Develop and present content strategies to a client;
Business development – identifying opportunities for cross-selling channels;
Business case development – costs, implications, and forecasting;
Participate and/or prepare training and workshops;
PR – ensuring integration with SEO campaigns;
Template Outreach for link development teams;
Content optimization (folder level);
Negative SEO – identify attacks and provide solutions.
