CRM Specialist

to join our international team at the earliest possible date.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Implementation and maintenance of software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies;
- Provide support, testing and training during implementation for the end-users of solutions;
- Ensure the quality of the solutions developed;
- Resolve and/or provide assistance in case of production incidents to re-establish the service as quickly as possible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science;
- Object-oriented programming knowledge;
- Java Scripts programming skills;
- MS SQL Server knowledge;
- Knowledge on writing and troubleshooting T-SQL code;
- Ability to manage projects independently or in a team;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (development and customization) would be considered an advantage.
