Main tasks and responsibilities:

• The servicing and maintenance of the existing software in accordance with the established development guidelines;
• The implementation of plans for extensions of existing software and for the development of new software;
• The acquisition of skills in the use of development tools and programming languages which are either already in use or which may be used at some point in the future;
• If required, the installation of software and training of staff at counterpart institutions in other countries;
• Evaluation of the existing IT systems used by counterpart institutions and the design and implementation of new IT systems or extensions to the existing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science;
• Strong object-oriented programming skills;
• MS SQL Server working experience in database administration and programming;
• Data Warehouse concept knowledge;
• Business Intelligence reporting experience;
• Strong skills for data modeling and data analysis.
