IT Operations and Support Engineer

InterWorks has an open position for IT Operations and Support Engineer to join our Support practice team in our offices in Bitola, Macedonia.

Most valuable requirements:

Experience in Windows and/or Linux/UNIX system administration
Experience in databases and SQL, ability to create queries to investigate performance and troubleshooting
Scripting (shell, power shell, batch) experience to produce solutions and perform troubleshooting
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

Additional knowledge:

Experience in working as operations or support engineer Knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP, Firewall/VLAN configuration, encryption
Working on shifts as operations or support engineer
Experience using monitoring tools
Ability to prioritize assignments, handles shifting deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team environment
