Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a team lead Java developer that will be working closely to the CTO of our client.  You will be responsible for developing software application solutions and also be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC). You will be working in close collaboration with other development team members using SCRUM methodology. You will be sharing ideas and finding the best solutions. From the ideal candidate we expect to  be able to question not to follow blindly. Also the ideal candidate should be confident enough  in his actions  with the right team lead abilities.

Requirements:

English language proficiency (mandatory) , ability to speak fluently with US clients, US Clients of clients

Independent problem solving skills

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Core Java;
Experience to perform different reviews like code, unit test cases, technical specification and design review;
Good skills to collaborate directly with the stakeholders effectively and productively;
Pro-active attitude, quick decision making capabilities and adequate process knowledge related to SDLC;
Fluency in english (mandatory);
Decision maker
Software architecture enthusiast
