We are looking for
Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist will be the contact person for end users of our gaming system. After an introductory phase during which we train you in the concepts of our gaming software, you deal with all user questions about the use of our gaming software and—after thorough examination—you register details for issues. Also the Technical Support Specialist will be working on finding a self-reliant solution with help of your colleagues’ expertise.
Communication with end user is mainly online through an issue tracking or chat system. This comprises documenting new functionality as well as the solutions for issues you registered yourself.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
Experience
One year of product support experience and experience in customer service environment
Competencies
Excellent English knowledge
Proficient in analyzing, documenting and solving problems.
Good listener with verbal and written communication skills
Good documentation skills that is clear, concise, and can be followed by teammates or clients
Good telephone skills
Ability to multi-task and follow process
General time management skills
General ability to learn new technical concepts
Ability to work in a team environment
General MS Office skills
General network communication knowledge
General network security knowledge
General network administration knowledge
General virtualization knowledge
General wireless networking knowledge
